Joe Jonas debuts drag persona in major transformation

Joe Jonas revealed a bold new look by debuting his drag persona in a short TikTok video.

The 35-year-old musician donned a black satin low-cut dress, a layered bob wig, and a full face of makeup, lip-syncing to a popular sound bite, “I’m going roller skating, don’t touch my stuff!”

He captioned the video simply with a nail-painting emoji.

Fans and celebrities flooded the comments section with reactions as one fan gushed, “I’m obsessed with this, I can’t explain it,” while another wrote, “This is real. this is me.”

Meanwhile, influencer Haley Kalil chimed in with, “We know this diva,” and some fans humorously compared Jonas to icons like Patti LuPone and Selma Blair.

According to Daily Mail, Joe hasn’t revealed the reason behind his drag debut, or a potential drag name, but the timing coincides with his presence in Toronto on the set of brother Nick Jonas’s upcoming holiday film starring Priyanka Chopra, reportedly a Disney+ project.

Moreover, the TikTok moment came amidst significant changes in Joe’s life as in September 2023, he divorced actress Sophie Turner after four years of marriage.

Additionally, the pair share two daughters, Willa and Delphine.

Following a public custody battle, they agreed to share parenting responsibilities equally in the U.S. and U.K, as per the outlet’s claims.

Professionally, Jonas released his second solo album, Music For People Who Believe in Love, in October 2024.
