Zoe Saldana's kids call her Oscar wins as 'World Cup of Acting'

Zoe Saldana's kids have their own way of describing their mom's remarkable achievement.

In a recent chat with People about her recent collaboration with T-Mobile, the Guardians of the Galaxy actress shared how her three sons reacted to her historical Oscar win.

Saldana, who won the Best Supporting Actress award for her role in Emilia Pérez, revealed her boys don't really "don't care" about what she does and called her milestone in their soccer language a "world cup of acting."

"My work is kind of like their backyard, so they do understand it and ... they care about it and then they don't," the mom of three told the outlet. "It's only through the eyes, I guess, of friends of theirs then that they'll come home and they'll be like, ... 'That's pretty cool, mom, that you've got this like big thing.' "

"They think in soccer language," the Avatar actress noted, adding, "It's very much like, 'it's kind of like the World Cup mom. It's like the World Cup of acting.'"

It is pertinent to mention that Saldana shares sons Zen, 8, and twins Bowie and Cy, 10, with her husband Marco Perego.
