Prince Harry has had a miserable start of 2025!

From the Duke of Sussex's Sentebale charity exit to his reconciliation hopes being destroyed after a BBC interview, Harry is said to be tired of his negative image with the public.

Now, insiders have told DailyMail that Harry has established his own "royal court" in Montecito, where he lives with wife Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

This move also reportedly signals that Prince Harry is pulling back from the glitzy world of Hollywood. Sources suggest that the Duke of Sussex has ambitions to launch commercial interests of his own.

As Meghan has been making headlines in 2025 with her lifestyle Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, brand As Ever and podcast Confessions of a Female Founder, it was reported that Harry was being left behind by his wife in terms of careers.

However, the source now states, "Harry is unkindly described as the 'spare' to Meghan's endeavours. In reality, he has been giving her the space to flourish."

"Now it is his time to throw himself into exciting new work. Invictus will always come first, but he has also been working on commercial ideas of his own," they added.

Meanwhile, another source noted that while Harry and Meghan are looking to create more "hierarchical" structure, the royal court will give the Duke and Duchess of Sussex "a streamlined framework that has been missing since they left the Royal Family."

Moreover, Charlotte Griffiths also noted that the youngest son of King Charles has been trying to rebuild his reputation as she recalled a source telling her "Harry is turning away from all sorts of Hollywood publicists and is seeking counsel from his old friends and associates."

"He is clearly reaching out thinking, 'I need to do something different because what I'm doing is clearly not working'," she added.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who tied the knot in 2018, stepped down from their royal roles in 2020. The couple have since lived in California with their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
