Prince Harry delivers final blow to UK reconciliation hopes

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to establish their own ‘royal court’ in Montecito has sparked criticism.

As reported by MailOnline experts have accused the Duke of Sussex of hypocrisy and ‘totally’ extinguishing reconciliation hopes.

It has been reported that following several setbacks this year, Harry is set to launch commercial interests of his own.

Notably, the Mail on Sunday revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have appointed seasoned strategist Meredith Kendall Maines to lead a team of 11, operating across California and the UK.

Royal expert Tom Brower told the outlet, “Buckingham Palace's 'royal court' are under-paid, over-worked, devoted loyal professionals committed to the traditions of a thousand year monarchy and the country they serve.”

“If Harry follows Meghan to commercialise his title to earn some dollars then his currently minimal chance of reconciliation and return to Britain will be totally extinguished,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that this comes after Prince Harry’s bombshell BBC interview, where he said he “would love” reconciliation with his family.

“I would love reconciliation with my family. I've always, you know, there's no point in continuing to fight anymore,” he stated.

Additionally, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams also questioned the success of this new move, given “bullying” accusations against Meghan.

“We are promised new projects and initiatives in the months to come and obviously can then judge the success of this revamp,” he stated. “In the run up to the interview on Oprah, Meghan was accused of bullying, which she strongly denied. However this has been extremely damaging to her image…”

While Prince Harry is reported to launch his own commercial ventures, Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand, As Ever, will be expanding the range of its products.
