King Charles will be supported by his sister Princess Anne, brother Prince Edward and sister-in-law Sophie at a reception at Windsor Castle in the absence of Queen Camilla.
According to GB News, Buckingham Palace has confirmed that the monarch will host a reception on June 12 for recipients of The King's Award for Enterprise.
The publication reported that the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester will also be in attendance.
Though the report did not say why Queen Camilla won't be by her husband's side, it's expected that she will be busy with her responsibilities as part of her royal work.
It said the reception will celebrate 197 British businesses that have been recognised for their achievements across four categories: innovation, international trade, sustainable development and promoting opportunity through social mobility.
The King will meet award winners from across the United Kingdom, many of whom are considered leaders in their respective fields.
GB News reported that The King's Award for Enterprise represents the most prestigious business accolade in the United Kingdom, established by Royal Warrant in 1965.
This marks the 59th year of the awards and the third year recipients will receive The King's Awards for Enterprise following the scheme's name change.
Winners are permitted to display The King's Awards Emblem on their products and promotional materials for five years.
