George Clooney, Amal twins’ only interest in Tony Awards 2025 revealed

George Clooney has just shared rare details about his family, including his children.

The Hollywood actor was nominated for the Tony’s Best Leading Actor for his role as late Edward R. Murrow, an American journalist, in Good Night, and Good Luck play.

At the 2025 Tony Award in an interview with E! News, he candidly shared that his twins are Swifties, (a word referred for Taylor Swift’s fans).

Its pertinent to mention that George shares 8-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander, with his wife Amal, with whom he has been married for nearly a decade.

"They want to see Taylor Swift,” the Ocean's Eleven actor began by saying.

Revealing his kids’ lack of knowledge related to Hollywood’s legends, he said, “The funniest part is that they have no idea of references. Robert DeNiro will be at the house and they’re like ‘Who’s that?’ They don’t care!"

Moreover, George told the outlet that his kids’ favorite movie is a fantasy-musical movie Wicked and they are waiting for Wicked: For Good, which will be released on November 21, 2025.

Meanwhile, the 64-year-old actor credited his wife for being supportive during his Broadway play.

Before concluding, he lauded, "I have this incredible partner who I couldn’t be more proud of. She’s the bravest human being I’ve ever met in my life. I am deeply proud of her and the fact that she’s in any way proud of me, if just, I can’t believe how lucky I am.”

For those unversed, George Clooney lost out the Tony award 2025 to Oh Mary! actor, Cole Escola, who is the first non-binary winner.
