Kate Hudson reveals who she wishes to collaborate with in future

Kate Hudson has disclosed the name of one artist she wants to work with the future.

The 48-year-old recently starred with Hugh Jackman in a musical titled Song Sung Blue, directed by Criag Brewer. The film was a heart touching tribute to Neil Diamond.

Following the release of the musical, Kate revealed that she wishes to work in a film with her mother, Goldie Hawn, who is also a legendary American actress and a film producer as well.

In an interview with PEOPLE, the Running Point actress shared that she would love to collaborate with Goldie, yet she doesn’t know the kind of project she would like to star in with her mum.

Hudson jokingly said that she might write a script for a movie to work with Hawn.

The Knives Out 2 star said, "I hope so! It’s got to! I might have to go disappear into the mountains somewhere and just write it myself."

Goldie, who shares daughter Kate with her former husband Bill Hudson, is extremely of her daughter.

During a Q+A session for her daughter’s movie Song Sung Blue, the 80-year-old veteran actress stated, "We’re so deeply, deeply proud - not a word I use very often - but I’m in awe of Kate, and I think we all are.”
