Lily Collins celebrated a tender milestone in her daughter’s life, one that has her fans swooning.

The Emily in Paris star shared a rare glimpse of 14-month-old Tove Jane McDowell, showing off her very first ponytail.

On April 1, Collins posted a candid photo to Instagram Stories of Tove sitting in her highchair, her ashy brown hair tied back into a tiny ponytail.

The actress captioned the image with the words “This melts me,” followed by another shot accompanied only by a teary-eyed emoji.

The moment captured the everyday magic of watching her daughter grow, and Collins’ 29 million followers were quick to gush over the adorable update.

Collins and her husband, filmmaker Charlie McDowell, welcomed Tove via surrogate on January 31, 2025.
