King Charles reaction to Princess Kate triumph: 'Delighted and Pleased'

Princess Kate is indeed a valuable asset for King Charles as he puts trust in her to represent the royal family on her first solo overseas tour after a challenging cancer phase.

Kensington Palace announced that the future Queen is set to promote her passion project, children's early years in northern Italy, from May 13 to May 14.

It will be her first major tour with The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood after she kept a low profile for the past two years due to a health scare.

Speaking of King Charles reaction to Catherine's triumph, royal commentator Jennie Bond said that the monarch must be delighted at her key ally's return.

Speaking with the Mirror, she said, "This is certainly a welcome milestone in Catherine’s journey to full recovery, and the King will be delighted."

She added, "He undoubtedly trusts her implicitly to represent the Royal Family both at home and abroad."

Not only that, Kate Middleton's husband, Prince William, will also be quite proud of his wife for bearing pain and making a major return after it.

"William will be equally pleased, and proud, to see his wife undertake an official solo trip abroad - it speaks volumes about her growing self-confidence after such a devastating health scare," Jennie said.

George, Charlotte and Louis's mother "has a star quality that no other royal can bring to an occasion. And that’s a valuable asset for the monarchy," the royal expert believes.
