Young artists from interior Sindh display their talent at Karachi exhibition

Ten very gifted and talented young fine artists from all over Sindh, using only pen, graphite and ink on paper, have explored different subjects in their drawing-based works.

Artist Zameer Hussain from Jamshoro only uses ball point pen and draws landscapes inspired by his surroundings, mostly middle to lower class housing.

The second artist Shahid Aziz comes from Tando Ala Yaar. His pen on paper drawings are based on symbolic use of chains and circles to show technology making lifestyle mechanical.

Born in Larkana, Abid Hussain has also used pen for his paper drawings. His works are about fishermen of Manchar Lake.

Titled ‘Future is Now’, the exhibition will continue till September 1 at Art Chowk in Karachi.
