Jessica Alba takes huge step in estranged marriage with Cash Warren?

Jessica Alba is reportedly proceeding towards professional guidance as she has retained a lawyer amid her split from Cash Warren, her husband of 16 years.

An insider, close to the couple, told PEOPLE that the 43-year-old actress has already “retained [a] lawyer”, however, the couple will “remain close” even after separation.

According to the source, they are still “friends and all about the kids”.

"No matter what's going on right now, it seems they will remain close,” the source dished out.

They further added, “If they're filing for divorce, it's not because of some hateful drama. They still look happy together.”

The mole’s report comes a week after TMZ reported that the Trigger Warning actress and the film producer have called it quits and are all set to end their marriage.

The couple, who met back in 2004 on the sets of Fantastic Four, after two years of their relationship, tied the knot on May 19, 2008.
