Usher just avoided a potential emergency at his concert.

The 46-year-old singer, has a tradition of feeding a member of the audience cherries while he performs his track, There Goes My Baby.

During his latest show at the London's The O2 arena, Usher could have landed in some serious trouble as he initially failed to hear the chosen fan informing him that she was allergic to cherries.

According to the Daily Mail, the Yeah! hitmaker asked the female fan after she showed him her Usher tattoo: "Would you be OK if I give it a kiss?"

After he gave the tattoo a kiss, Usher, who is married to Jennifer Goicoechea, told the fan, "You're going to get me in trouble."

She informed the Hey Daddy crooner, "I'm allergic."

"Oh s**t, she is allergic to cherries, anyone got an EPI pen,” he responded as Usher finally understood what she said.

He then embraced the fan saying "I'm sorry I love you,” and then joking with a laugh, "We almost had an emergency in here."

Usher’s rather flirtatious moves with fans at his concerts have allegedly caused real life dramas, with one famed case being of Jimalita Tillman, who faced rumours on social media that her husband filed for divorce after she had a rather intimate interaction with the star at one of his shows, all claims, which she denied.
