Aubrey O'Day reveals surprising reason for not testifying in 'Diddy' case

Aubrey O'Day has broken her silence on whether she will testify or not at Sean “Diddy” Combs' trial.

The songstress was a member of Danity Kane band, which was assembled by Diddy in 2005, alongside Aundrea Fimbres, Dawn Richard, D. Woods and Shannon Bex.

On May 14, she posted a video of New York city on Instagram which fueled speculation of a potential appearance at trial.

Alongside the video, the Damaged singer wrote a caption with a balance sign emoji, “Hey New York!!! Where y’all think I should head first?”

In the premiere episode of Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Present: Aubrey O'Day, Covering the Diddy Trial, O'Day confirmed that she is not in New York for testimony.

"No, I'm not here to testify for the Diddy trial, that I know of," the 41-year-old singer said.

Also noted that she "was contacted by Homeland Security" and "did have a meeting with Homeland Security."

"I posted on my Instagram that I was here in New York and enjoying myself because I wanted to make it clear to everyone that I am not here testifying," Aubrey O'Day added before signing off.

For those unversed, Sean Diddy Combs is going on in Manhattan, where prosecutor represent evidence related to s** trafficking charges.
