Lady Gaga is reportedly ready to embrace motherhood as the singer is said to be ready to a start a family with her partner Michael Polansky.

Despite gearing up for a major world tour later this year, the singer thinks it will be manageable to perform while focusing on motherhood.

A friend of the Bloody Mary singer told Life & Style that she is confident she can manage tour life and motherhood with careful planning.

The singer, who recently thrilled fans by announcing new tour dates after her record-breaking show in Brazil, has been open about wanting kids with her partner Michael Polansky.

Speaking with Buzzfeed Canada last year, Gaga said she was “so happy to be in love” with her beau, adding, “I’m so excited to have a family, so that’s definitely number one.”

The singer's pals told the publication that Gaga lights up around babies and often talks about having her own.

"When somebody brings a baby around, Gaga will stop everything to fawn over the child and rattle off her own intentions to start a family sooner rather than later," they said.

“Even on a good day, and even if you’ve known her for years, it’s hard to understand what Gaga is really thinking or if there is some kind of hidden agenda going on behind these big, bold statements she sometimes makes,” said the insider.

“But when it comes to starting a family, she is not being mysterious at all,” they added.

The source went on to reveal that even though Gaga has “been up to her eyeballs in tour planning and arranging her live show,” that does not mean she will put on hold her plans of having kids.
