Mark Consuelos makes bold claim about dating if ever broke up with Kelly Ripa

Mark Consuelos joked he would date a college student if he and Kelly Ripa ever split

The Live With Kelly and Mark host isn’t planning to part ways with wife Kelly Ripa, but during a light moment on their show, he joked that if they ever did break up, he might consider dating someone in college.

However, Kelly does not think so, she quipped, "I know if you and I broke up you would absolutely fall apart, completely."

Agreeing with his wife Mark responded in a more teasing way.

"That's true,” he replied. "But I do feel like someone would be there on the other end just to pick me up and make sure I'm okay."

"I'd have to get used to their college schedule and all that stuff," he joked.

Kelly mentioned that she and Mark often tease each other with breaking up, she noted "Oh, dear God, I hope I live to see your second wife!"

It is pertinent to mention that Kelly and Mark have been married for three decades and share three children, Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 22.
