Sean 'Diddy' Combs' ex-assistant claims being subjected to sexual assault

A former assistant of Sean "Diddy" Combs has testified against the rapper in the third week of the ongoing sex trafficking trial.

Taking the stand in the New York court, the second witness in the case reported violent rages from the Bad Boy Records founder, BBC reported.

The woman tearfully alleged that she was repeatedly sexually assaulted during her eight years of employment under him.

"I couldn't tell him no about a sandwich," she said. "I couldn't tell him no about anything".

Combs' legal team has not yet had the chance to question Mia or respond to her claims.

Mia testified that she started working for the music mogul as a personal assistant in 2009 when she was in her mid-20s—a work environment she described as "chaotic" and "toxic".

The job required her being "always within eyesight" of Combs, she testified, adding that she was assigned to be "anticipating his needs, whims and moods".

She said she was often required to stay at his homes, where she could not lock the door or leave without the rapper's permission.

On two occasions, Combs threw items at her such as a spaghetti bowl and his computer, which narrowly missed her head, Mia told the court.

Mia once went on holiday with Combs and his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in the Turks and Caicos, she told the court.

One late night on the trip, Ventura allegedly ran into Mia's room screaming that Combs was "going to kill me," she testified. They ran away and hid on the beach, she said.

Mia also recalled a night in 2013 when the disgraced rapper was banging on Ventura's door in Los Angeles.

She testified that he attacked her and cut open her eyebrow when throwing her onto the bed frame. Mia told the court that she tried to jump on Combs' back, but he threw her against the wall.

Mia told the court that despite witnessing Combs' abuse toward Ventura, she feared reporting him because she "believed that Puff's authority was above the police".

She also testified about multiple instances where Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her, including one time when she said she woke up to him trying to rape her.
