Judy Greer lifts lid on upcoming milestone 50th birthday plans

Judy Greer is ringing in her 50s next month.

The actress, who turns 50 on July 20, shared her plans for her upcoming milestone birthday in a recent exchange with the press.

“I’m taking a trip with my family,” Greer told People Magazine at the Los Angeles premiere of her new Apple TV+ series Stick on May 29.

Greer, who has been married to TV executive producer Dean E. Johnsen since 2011, revealed that they're opting for a "city trip" instead of a tropical getaway.

“I guess I’m kind of boring,” Greer added, before sharing her approach to life as she nears her 50s.

“Everything in my life is really nice and really good, and I’m really happy, so I kind of just don’t want to make any changes," she said.

The 13 Going on 30 actress previously expressed relief at the state of her career, saying she felt “very lucky to be an actress in my 40s right now because there are great roles for us.”

“There are great directors and writers out there, and so I think that we’re just getting served better material than those women were when I was in my 20s,” she told People Magazine in 2022.

“There’s a long way to go. Please don’t get me wrong, but it’s a start and I’ll take it," continued Greer.
