Jennifer Aniston makes surprising revelation about her day off

Jennifer Aniston has revealed what her day off looks like.

Speaking with People Magazine, the actress, famed for her role of Rachel Green in Friends, shared what she does on her day off amid hectic lifestyle.

She said, “It looks like a blank schedule — there's not one thing on it.”

"That's a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes,” Aniston added.

The actress, who has three dogs Clyde, Lord Chesterfield and Sophie, added that “ofcourse” her pets are involved in her day off plans.

"The dogs are everything. They're living, breathing, pure, good love. It's literally having love bombs just sitting on either side of you,” she said.

Moreover, Jennifer Aniston noted that she’s “a bit of a workaholic” therefore she has to force herself to “try to take some time to travel and not work.”

She continued, “It's so critical, I know, but I'm not good at it. Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you're just working so much that you don't have any wonderful life experiences.”

“I'm trying to take it easy, because this was a really intensive few years of work. I'm trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it's like, 'I'm away forever. But call me in December, I'll be back,'” the actress added.
