Renée Elise Goldsberry recently got candid and opened up about how Hamilton's reunion.

While reflecting on the Hamilton’s 10-year reunion, which took place at the 2025 Tony Awards and brought iconic performances and music to Radio City Music Hall, the 54-year-old American actress and singer admitted it was something personal, more than just a reunion.

On SiriusXM’s Smith Sisters Live, Goldsberry, who played the role of iconic socialite Angelica Schuyler, recalled, "I walked in and I just saw my family.”

She went on to show her profound gratitude for becoming a part of the project to hosts Mariah Smith, Lauren Smith, and Rachel Smith.

"[It] makes me feel so grateful that I got to be alive in the world 10 years after this thing that changed my life,” the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law star confessed.

“What we got to experience is that our medley performance at the Tonys seemed to be really enjoyed and celebrated by everyone,” she noted.

It is pertinent to mention that more than 24 original cast members took a break from their busy lives and went back in the time of Hamilton by making it to the 2025 Tony Awards, including Ariana DeBose, Leslie Odom Jr., Jonathan Groff, Daveed Diggs, and Phillipa Soo.
