Kate Hudson debuts first music album 'Glorious'

Kate Hudson recently announced the release of her debut album, Glorious, on May 17, 2024.

According to PEOPLE report, the album, which features 12 tracks, marks a significant shift in Hudson's career from acting to music.

The announcement of Glorious was accompanied by the release of a new single, Gonna Find Out.

The Oscar-nominated actress described the album as deeply personal, capturing the essence of her identity and experiences more authentically than any of her previous work.

She told in the statement, "I'd say it doesn’t seem real, But the truth is: this is realer to me than anything I’ve done in my entire life. It was always this, I just needed to get to a place where I was ready... and the songs got to the core of who I am."

Kate Hudson has been involved in music quietly for many years, but now feels ready to share her work with the world.

Hudson said, "When it comes to talking about where this album comes from, the years I’ve spent quietly making music and living inside the songs." 

"I’m not sure I’ll be able to stop talking about it, I’m just thrilled so many smart people want to talk to me about Glorious — and the process of making my first record," she added.
