XO, Kitty has officially started production on its highly anticipated season 2 of the beloved teen drama. 

The 2023 Netflix series that garnered a massive 2.1 million hours of views within its first week is set to drop its second instalment, following the story of Anna Cathcart’s Kitty.

Now taking to Twitter, the streaming giant has officially announced the beginning of producing the second season with a playful clip of the cast, ready to kick off the filming in their KIS uniform. 

“XO, KITTY S2. NOW IN PRODUCTION. KISS roll call!”, captioned the video.  

Additionally, Variety has reported the addition of three fresh faces to the ensemble cast. Namely, Audrey Huynh, Joshua Lee and Sasha Bhasin will be joining Cathcart, Minyeong Choi (Dae), Gia Kim (Yuri), Sang Heon Lee (Min Ho), Anthony Keyvan (Quincy), Regan Aliyah (Juliana), Peter Thurnwald (Alex) and Jocelyn Shelfo (Madison). 

The To All The Boys’ spin-off series premise revolves around Kitty Song Covey who thinks she knows everything about love.  

However, things go awry when she travels across countries to meet her long-distance boyfriend.
