Snoop Dogg shared a cute video of his grandkids receiving greetings for the upcoming.

The 53-year-old rapper took to his official Instagram account on Thursday and posted a clip of receiving a heartwarming letter from an Elf on the Shelf as they kicked off the countdown to Christmas.

"There's a letter!" the video began with a voice.

The little one's jumped on the dining table to get the letter, hanging on a chandelier.

It is pertinent to mention that Snoop is the grandfather of seven kids.

"Hello! So happy to be with you this year. Every night, Santa will be getting a report about you, so make sure to be on your best behavior at all times. Let the adventures begin. It's going to be so much fun! Love, Eflie," the letter read.

Snoop's grandkids listen to him reading the letter without moving an inch.

One of them confessed, "I'm too scared to move!" adding, "Tomorrow he coming?"

"Every day he's going to be coming!" a voice explained.

"That why the Elf...I saw his feet!" one of the grandkids replied.

"Do you think he heard you when you said you didn't want to do two ponytails this morning?" someone from behind the camera inquired.

"No," Snoop's granddaughter responded, noting that "it's because he already left."
