King Charles appears to have hired someone for the sole purpose of testing his cancer treatment, on the holistic side, amid poisoning concerns.
News of this new role has been shared by by an inside source.
This insider shared all the information with RadarOnline, and explained that given the UK’s mushroom population, there is a high chance that some species will prove poisonous.
So while “it sounds like some kind of medieval role, like the people who used to test the monarch's food first to make sure it wasn't poisoned,” its important.
According to the insider, “Well this role is very similar, someone who makes sure the food he collects isn't poisonous before King Charles cooks it for Queen Camilla.”
“It sounds like a mad role for someone but Charles deems it necessary.”
After all, “Can you imagine the furor that would be kicked up if the King or Queen died because he'd picked some deadly mushrooms by mistake?” the source wondered before signing off.
