Bella Hadid shuts down bold question on ‘toxic exes’

Bella Hadid is not recommending anyone to back to their "toxic exes."

The model appeared in a recent interview with ELLE UK to promote her fragrance brand Orabella.

During the candid chat, the interviewer threw a curve ball question on her inquiring about "toxic exes."

"What if I'm meeting up with a toxic ex?" the interviewer asked.

"I want to make him want me back - what scent would be best for that and why?" the awkward question continued.

Hadid gave a surprised reaction, by looking directly into the camera and said with a serious tone, "Don't make up with your toxic ex."

The 28-year-old went on to say, "I'm not giving you any ideas with my fragrances of how to get your toxic ex back."

"We're not doing that in 2025," she added.

Is pertinent to mention that Bella has been vocal about her toxic history of past relationships.

She said in a 2022 episode of the Victoria's Secret VS Voices podcast that she has no boundaries and "constantly went back to men - and also, women - that had abused" her, "And that's where the people-pleasing came in," she continued.

"I began to be a people-pleaser with my job and it was everyone else's opinion of me that mattered except for my own, because I essentially was putting my worth into the hands of everyone else and that was the detriment of it," Bella noted

"It was like fight or flight. Either I would become silent and cry and just go inward or I would lash out and leave," she said of her past romantic relationships.
