Duchess Sophie looks elegant in latest royal engagement

The Duchess of Edinburgh on Monday attended an Afternoon Tea, honouring women of distinction at the Castle Hotel in Windsor, England, according to the local media.

Sophie was spotted out wearing a light blue, long-sleeved, midi-length dress with , featuring a V-neckline. 

The royal looked elegant as she  accessorized with a beige woven handbag with blue detailing, white wedge sandals with ankle straps, and a delicate necklace. 

She recently accompanied her husband, Prince Edward, to the Inner Hebrides in Scotland to "learn more about life in remote island communities and to celebrate the people, culture, and innovation found across the region."

According to the royal family, "On the Isle of Jura, The Duke and Duchess met with local community groups and visited several small businesses, including a bakery and shop."

It said, "At the Jura Distillery, they learned about the distillery’s new biomass energy system, which reflects the island’s commitment to sustainability."

"Continuing their visit to Scotland, The Duke and Duchess enjoyed lunch with locals at the Tigh an Truish Inn, before taking the ferry to the Isle of Easdale. Renowned for its stone skimming, the island welcomed Their Royal Highnesses with a demonstration," said the statement released on the royal family's website.
