Meghan Markle gives Tina Knowles home remedy for allergies

Meghan Markle has revealed a home remedy she uses to treat allergies.

On Tuesday, the Duchess of Sussex dropped a bonus episode of her Confessions of a Female Founder podcast, which wrapped up on May 27, 2025.

For the episode, Meghan, wife of Prince Harry, sat down with Tina Knowles, mother of Beyonce.

During their conversation when Tina sneezed and admitted to be struggling with allergies lately, Meghan shared, "Oh no, do you eat local honey? That can help."

However, Tina revealed that she "used to" take it.

Meghan went on to suggest to Tina "you have to get back on that" adding that "one of Archie's little friends at school, this little girl has such bad allergies. I said, 'Hold on a minute — we have bees — let me give you a little jar of our honey.'"

The mother to Archie and Lilibet also went on to share about her own apiary, saying, "Yes, we have a little apiary down there — three of them."

"And Archie has his little beekeeper suit with the little hat on and the gloves. It's great. But I will say for allergies, helpful, because if it's local honey, get that pollen, all the same things in your system and it desensitizes allergies," the Duchess of Sussex added.

It is worth mentioning that this comes after Meghan Markle shared a glimpse into her bees.

On Instagram, Meghan posted a video of herself with daughter Princess Lilibet helping her collect honey.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who tied the knot in 2018, share two children together: Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
