Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been snubbed by King Charles, Prince William and other members of the British royal family as the couple celebrate their daughter's fourth birthday.
Meghan Markle on Monday took to Instagram to share a picture with her daughter Lilibet, named after the late Queen Elizabeth II, as she turned 4.
"Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives - and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!," she captioned her first post featuring two pictures with her daughter.
Hours later, the Duchess of Sussex shared two pictures of Prince Harry with the couple's daughter.
" The sweetest bond to watch unfold. Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer. Happy birthday Lili!," she captioned her post which she apparently shared on Harry's behalf.
However, no member of the royal family bothered to publicly wish the daughter of the US-based royal couple.
Lilibet was born in 2021 after the couple had stepped down from their royal duties to settle in the US.
Meghan gave birth to her son, Archie, while she and Harry were still working members of the royal family.
Relations between Harry and his royal relatives reportedly deteriorated further when he, in an effort to hold an olive branch, suggested during a BBC interview that his father used his influence in his defeat in a court battle pertaining to the Duke's security.
During the same interview, Harry went on to reveal King Charles "won't speak to him."
